Affiliate Program Terms
Version: 2026-11-03. These terms are between you and mtaclabs LLC, which publishes Content Drifter. They add to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Joining
You need a Content Drifter account and must be at least 18. You apply from your dashboard, and we approve or decline each application. We may decline any application without giving a reason. Approval lets you earn commission from the day you are approved; customers you referred earlier earn only on bills paid after that day.
2. Commission
- You earn on customers who sign up through your referral link and are recorded as referred by you. Each customer can be referred by one person only: the first valid link they used.
- You earn 25% of the customer’s first paid month, then 15% of each later paid month, for up to 12 paid months from their first paid bill.
- Commission is a share of what the customer actually paid for their subscription plan, after discounts and credits and before tax. Add-ons, credit packs, free plans and trials earn nothing.
- A yearly bill earns month by month: each twelfth of it earns that month’s rate.
- All amounts are in US dollars.
3. Hold, refunds and chargebacks
Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer pays. If the payment is refunded or disputed during the hold, the commission is canceled (or reduced for a partial refund). If it is refunded or disputed after the commission was paid to you, the same amount comes off your next payout.
4. Payouts
- We pay through Stripe Connect. You set up a payout account with Stripe, which verifies your identity and collects your tax form (W-9 or W-8BEN). We never see your bank details.
- On the 1st of each month we pay your balance that has passed its hold. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month.
- Your first payout is reviewed by a person before it is sent.
- Stripe can pay affiliates in the United States, the United Kingdom, the EEA, Canada and Switzerland today. If your country cannot be paid yet, your balance waits until it can.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. For US affiliates paid $2,000 or more in a year, Stripe files Form 1099-NEC.
5. How you may promote us
- Always disclose. Say clearly, next to your link, that you earn a commission (for example “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link”), as the US FTC endorsement rules and similar laws require.
- Only make claims about Content Drifter that are true and that our public pages support. Do not promise features, prices or results we do not offer.
- Do not bid on “Content Drifter” or any spelling of it in search or social ads, and do not use our name in a domain or account name.
- No coupon or deal sites, no spam (email, comments or messages to people who did not ask), no paid or incentivised sign-ups, no fake accounts.
- No self-referrals: you cannot earn on your own accounts, your company’s accounts, or accounts you control.
6. Breaking the rules
If you break these terms, we may cancel commission that has not been paid, suspend or end your affiliate account, and recover commission that was earned through fraud. We will tell you why by email.
7. Changes and ending
We may change these terms, the rates or the program. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that lowers what you earn, and it applies only to bills paid after that date. Either of us may end your participation at any time. Commission earned before the end, and not canceled under section 3 or 6, is still paid once it meets the minimum.
