By accessing or using contentdrifter.com (“the Service”), operated by contentdrifter (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and contentdrifter. Please read them carefully before using our Service.
2. Description of Service
contentdrifter is a fully automated, AI-powered social media content calendar platform. Our service is entirely software-based with no human-driven services involved. The platform uses artificial intelligence to help users:
- Generate social media content using artificial intelligence (fully automated)
- Schedule and manage content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Organize content with a visual calendar interface
- Track content performance and analytics
- Connect and publish directly to social media accounts
Important: All content generation, scheduling, and publishing features are fully automated through AI and software. No human writers, editors, or content creators are involved in the service delivery. Users maintain full control and responsibility over the content they choose to publish.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Subscription Plans and Pricing
contentdrifter offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: $0/month - 10 posts/month, 2 platforms, basic AI features
- Starter Plan: $19/month - 50 posts/month, 5 platforms, advanced AI, priority support
- Pro Plan: $49/month - 200 posts/month, all platforms, premium AI, team features (3 users)
- Agency Plan: $149/month - Unlimited posts, unlimited team, white-label, dedicated manager
Annual subscriptions are available at a discounted rate. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.
Taxes: Prices may be subject to VAT, sales tax, or other applicable taxes depending on your location. Paddle handles all tax calculations and remittance.
6. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us at admin@contentdrifter.com within 14 days of purchase
- Include your account email and reason for refund (optional)
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
After 14 Days: Refunds after the 14-day period are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Partial refunds may be offered for annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term.
Non-Refundable: The Free plan and any bonus credits or promotional offers are non-refundable.
7. Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Your account settings in the Dashboard → Settings → Subscription
- Contacting us at admin@contentdrifter.com
Effect of Cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all paid features until the billing period ends
- After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan
- Your content and data are retained for 30 days after cancellation
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Generate or distribute harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
- Spread misinformation, spam, or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or infrastructure
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
8.1 Advertising and AdSense
The Free plan may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third-party networks and may be personalized based on cookies or similar technologies. You agree not to click your own ads or encourage others to do so, and to comply with all applicable advertising policies.
9. AI-Generated Content
Content Responsibility: Content generated by our AI tools is provided as a starting point and may require review and editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, originality, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. AI outputs may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that requires modification.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that any content you publish complies with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and third-party rights.
10. Final Review Requirement
Mandatory Final Review: All scheduled posts require a final review before they can be published, whether through auto-publishing or manual publishing. This is a safety measure to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
Auto-Publishing: Posts scheduled for auto-publishing will be skipped if the final review has not been completed. You are responsible for reviewing and approving each post before its scheduled publish time.
Manual Publishing: Posts cannot be manually published until the final review has been completed. The platform will prompt you to review the content before allowing publication.
Your Responsibility:
- Review all content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance
- Verify that hashtags, links, and mentions are correct
- Ensure content aligns with your brand and audience
- Complete the final review in a timely manner to avoid missed publish schedules
No Liability: We are not responsible for any posts that are skipped due to incomplete final reviews, or for any consequences arising from content that you have reviewed and approved for publishing.
11. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our Service: The Service itself, including its design, features, functionality, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by contentdrifter and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, contentdrifter and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless contentdrifter and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
16. Termination
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will notify you of the reason for termination when possible.
By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where contentdrifter is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
