Bluesky is chronological with custom feeds and no algorithmic boost to game, so timing and reposts drive discovery. Post during active hours, be genuinely useful, and put links in the body. They are not penalized like on X.

How the feed is assembled
The signals Bluesky weighs when it decides who sees a post, strongest first. Weights are shown against a like, which is the unit everybody has an intuition for.

If a Bluesky post has not reached 40% of your own median engagement by minute 45, it rarely recovers. That is why the window matters more than the day: a post published into a dead hour has already lost before anybody decides whether it was any good.
