Why this asks three questions and not one
Most “best time to post” answers are a single global table, which is why they disagree with each other and with your feed. This one is keyed on network, region and category: 9 × 6 × 9 = 486 distinct answers, counted from the three lists above rather than claimed. A fitness account in Europe and a B2B account in North America do not share a peak hour, and a model that returns the same window to both is telling one of them something false.
This is the same heuristic model the product runs on the free plan, not a reduced version of it. What a paid plan adds is not a better table: it re-ranks these windows against your own engagement history once there is enough of it to read, which is a different thing rather than a bigger one.
