Content Calendar
See your whole plan at a glance
A powerful visual calendar to organize, search, filter, and sort all your scheduled content. Switch between month, week and list views so you always work the way that fits your brain.
The content calendar is where every scheduled post lives: month, week and list views, with search, filtering and sorting across platforms and status. It is the same calendar the scheduler and Auto-Pilot write into, so what you see is what will publish.
What is the Content Calendar?
The Content Calendar is your command center for everything scheduled in Content Drifter. Instead of digging through spreadsheets or scattered tools, you get one timeline that shows what is going out, when, and on which channels.
Month view gives you the big picture, ideal for planning campaigns and spotting gaps. List view is perfect when you want to scan titles, statuses, and platforms in a dense, scannable layout. Both stay in sync, so you never choose between clarity and detail.
Key features
Built-in search lets you find posts by keyword in seconds. Whether you remember a headline fragment or a campaign name, type it in and jump straight to the right slot.
- Search by keyword across titles and metadata so nothing hides in the noise.
- Filter by platform and status to focus only on what matters right now: drafts, in review, or scheduled.
- Sort by date to line up your week chronologically or work backward from a launch.
- Month, week and list views for strategic planning and tactical execution without switching apps.
Key benefits
When your calendar is trustworthy, your whole team relaxes. You stop asking “did we post that?” and start shipping with confidence.
- Never lose track of posts; every scheduled item has a home on the calendar.
- See your entire content plan at a glance in month view, then drill into specifics in list view.
- Find any post instantly with search and filters instead of scrolling forever.
How to use
Getting productive takes minutes. Open the calendar from your dashboard, then use the tools along the top to shape what you see.
- Navigate to Calendar from the main navigation.
- Use the search bar to jump to a topic, campaign, or phrase.
- Apply filters for platform and status so only relevant rows remain.
- Switch views between month and list depending on whether you are planning or executing.
As you add and edit posts elsewhere in the app, the calendar updates automatically: one source of truth for your schedule.
Available on all plans
The Content Calendar is included on Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Everyone gets the same core experience for organizing and discovering scheduled content.
Upgrade when you need higher limits, more seats, or advanced automation, but the calendar itself is there from day one so you can build good habits early.
The ceiling, and what happens at it
Calendar items a month, read from our billing configuration when this page rendered.
| Free | Starter | Pro | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 1,000 | No limit | No limit |
The free plan also refuses a third save on the same calendar day, which is a separate cap from the monthly one and the one people actually meet first. The refusal says when it resets rather than only offering an upgrade, because a cap you did not know existed reads as a bug otherwise.
Numbers read from billing at render. Behaviour checked against the code that enforces it, 25 August 2026.
Frequently asked questions
What views does the content calendar have?
Month, week and list. The list view is the fastest way to audit a backlog, and the month view is the one to use when you are checking cadence rather than individual posts.
Can I reschedule a post from the calendar?
Yes. Move a post to a different slot and the scheduler picks up the change, including recalculating whether the new time falls inside a blackout window.
Is the content calendar on the free plan?
Yes, the calendar and Gold Slot recommendations are on every plan including Free. What scales with the plan is how many posts and publishes you get each month.
